Hi, I’m Dr. Angeline Merzier
I created Students 2 Doctors: Board Prep & Mentorship to provide medical students with something I believe is incredibly valuable during medical training: individualized guidance.
Board preparation can quickly become overwhelming. There are countless resources, study schedules, question banks, videos, and opinions about what you should be doing.
But the most popular study plan isn't necessarily the right study plan for you.
My goal is to help you cut through the noise, identify what you need, and create a more focused approach to your preparation.
I want my students to leave our sessions not only knowing more, but also understanding how to study, how to approach questions, and how to move forward when something isn't working.
Most importantly, I want you to know that one difficult exam, one disappointing score, or one challenging period in medical school does not define the rest of your journey.
Keep learning. Keep adjusting. Keep showing up.
My journey through medicine has taught me that success is rarely a straight line.
I know what it feels like to work hard, face challenges, question your approach, and have to figure out what needs to change. I also know how powerful it can be when someone takes the time to meet you where you are, help you see things differently, and remind you that one difficult moment does not determine where your story ends.
Teaching Has Always Been Part of My Journey
I have experience tutoring college-level courses and providing academic advising through The Princeton Review, and I worked with medical students through the PASS Program, helping students prepare for medical board examinations.
These experiences have shaped the way I approach tutoring today. I recognize that every student comes with a different foundation, learning style, set of challenges, and timeline. Because of that, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
My Goal
To meet you where you are, identify what may be holding you back, and help you develop a realistic strategy for moving forward. Whether we are reviewing difficult concepts, working through board-style questions, developing a study plan, preparing your application, or simply figuring out your next step, I want you to leave our sessions with greater clarity, stronger confidence, and a plan you can actually follow.
